Distribution

We are working to find ways to keep our customers informed on new distribution opportunities, changes or red flags in the logistics environment, and any methods that can improve our customer’s system responsiveness, agility, and resilience.

Our distribution value-added services include, but not limited to:

  • Consolidation

By grouping our customers shipments, we create transportation economies by improved utilization of the transportation function.Consolidation can occur by market area grouping according to scheduled deliveries.

  • Break-Bulk

The Imported shipments arrive in a large shipment of homogeneous items from a single supplier. Using our warehouse facility, we break down into smaller loads to send to the different production facilities or the next distribution level.

  • Cross-Docking

The items are carried from the incoming vehicle docking point to the outgoing vehicle docking point to save total transportation costs.

Using our warehouse and available tools, we receive goods, consolidate our customers breaks shipments as needed, at intermediate warehouses for outgoing shipments based on destination, and quickly load the goods onto another truck bound for another destination immediately or usually at least within 24 to 48 hours without being stored in inventory at the warehouse.
The process of cross-docking seeks to avoid storage almost completely.

  • Labeling and Bar Coding/RFID

Our advanced labeling system complies with national, regional and local requirements and, for international shipping, with international conventions. This information is represented in text in one or more languages and measurement units, depending on where the products will be shipped.
